摘要
目的了解我院儿科门诊处方药物的应用情况,促进处方用药的合理性与规范性。方法对我院2010年的3000张门诊普通处方和药师日常处方审核工作中所记录的疑义处方进行点评、统计和分析。结果我院处方基本控制较好,不合格处方129张,占4.3%,其中处方书写不规范的121张,用药不适宜的8张,分别占全部抽查处方比率为4%、0.27%。结论通过处方点评,提高了临床医师合理用药水平,特别是提高抗菌药物的合理应用水平,为提高医院医疗质量提供了基础。
Objective To probe into the status quo of the utilization of prescription drugs in outpatient pediatric patients in our hospital so as to promote rational and standard use of prescription drugs. Methods Analysis, statistically and comment the 3000 daily general out-patient prescriptions and pharmacist prescriptions which were produced in 2010.Results The rational use of medicines in our hospital out-patient control of international indicators are mostly good, there were 129 prescription of irrational behavior, accounting for 4.3%, among of which irregulate prescription writings were 121, inappropriate prescriptions were 8.They separately rank 4%,0.27% among sample prescriptions. Conclusion Help to improve rational drug use of clinicians especially rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
