临床不合理使用新鲜冰冻血浆调查分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的调查医院临床不合理使用新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)情况,发现不合理用血的原因,促进临床合理用血。方法回顾性分析四川省眉山市三医院检验科2011年1月至2012年12月临床输注FFP的511例患者的资料,以FFP输注指征及适应证为标准,判定是否合理使用FFP,分析不合理使用原因。结果 511例患者共输注了1167 U FFP,其中331 U FFP的输注符合输注指征(占28.36%),无FFP输注指征仍输注FFP的量是836 U,不合理使用FFP比例为71.64%。不合理使用原因主要有:补充蛋白增加营养(占49.62%)、补充血容量(占22.9%)、红细胞+FFP组合输注(占19.6%)。结论临床不合理使用FFP现象较为严重,临床医生输血知识较为欠缺,输血培训还需加强,用血督查还需完善。
