基层医院血浆不合理输注的原因分析及对策 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨基层医院血浆不合理输注的原因及对策,避免血浆滥用。方法统计2006~2008年区域内医疗机构5785U血浆输注的目的与血浆输注的适应证进行对照比较,分析血浆不合理输注的原因,并探讨其对策。结果近3年的血浆输注呈逐年上升趋势,在血浆的使用中,87.7%为不合理输注,手术科室高于非手术科室(χ2=338.96,P<0.01)。结论基层医院的血浆不合理运用与医院对临床输血管理、清蛋白制品的紧缺、价格影响及临床医师对科学合理输血的认识有关。加强对临床血浆使用的管理和考核,解决清蛋白的使用问题,提高临床医师的输血水平,有效控制血浆的不合理使用。
