摘要
目的比较四川省肾移植受者与血液透析患者生活质量的差异。方法随机选取2011年1～6月在四川省内四家肾移植医院接受血液透析治疗，且透析时间〉13个月的患者60例（四家医院各选择15例），同时随机选择同期在上述四家医院接受肾脏移植（移植时间≥3个月）的受者89例，运用问卷调查法，并采用健康状况SF-36量表及世界卫生组织推荐的生活质量测定量表简表进行评估与比较。结果血液透析患者的生活质量自评总分明显低于肾脏移植受者（P〈0．05）；在生理领域中对药物及医疗手段的依赖性及工作能力方面，血液透析患者的评分均低于肾脏移植受者（P〈0．05）。在环境领域中医疗服务与社会保障方面，血液透析患者的评分高于肾脏移植受者（P〈0．05）。血液透析患者与肾脏移植受者的SF-36评分在生理职能、一般健康、精力、精神健康、生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能和情感职能等8个维度及总评分的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论肾脏移植受者的生存质量优于血液透析患者。
Objective Objective To compare the quality of life between renal transplantation （RT） and hemodialysis patients in Sichuan Province. Methods Questionnaire investigation was performed from January 2011 to June 2011 in 4 centers of Siehuan province. Sixty hemodialysis outpatients and 89 renal transplant outpatients with normal graft function from the 4 centers were enrolled into this study. All the patients had to fulfill the criteria including that they had completed the transplantation for ≥3 months and their renal function were normal when enrolled, or they had been on hemodialysis for ≥ 3 months. All the patients volunteered to participate in the questionnaire investigation. SF-36 and WHOQOL-BREF were used to evaluate their quality of life. Results All patients were involved in the result analysis. There were significant differences between the hemodialysis patients and renal transplant patients in the aspects of dependence on drugs and treatment and the ability to work in the field of physiology （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between hemodialysis patients and renal transplant patients in the aspects of medical services and social security in the field of environmental （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were significant differences between hemodialysis patients and renal transplant patients in the 8 dimensionalities and total scores of SF-36 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There was significant difference in total quality of life between renal transplantation and hemodialysis patients in Sichuan province.
