摘要
经过170年的努力,现代麻醉学已发展成为以人体基本生命功能的监测和调控为核心,集临床麻醉、疼痛诊疗和重症医学,教学和科研于一体的二级学科。在规模上,麻醉科已是综合性医院医师最多的临床科室。今后,中国麻醉学科建设的主要工作将是:①提高临床麻醉质量,将全国麻醉死亡率降至1/10万;②向围手术期医学转化,强化麻醉前门诊和ICU工作,降低围手术期死亡率和严重并发症发生率;③建设以麻醉科为主导的,多学科合作的"无痛医院";④完善麻醉学教学体系;⑤加强基础与应用基础研究,积极开展转化医学研究;⑥提升在国际同行中的学术影响力;⑦制定《中国麻醉学长期发展纲要》。
Today, anesthesiology is a clinical science including anesthesia, intensive care, pain management, related medical teaching and research. In general hospitals, departments of anesthesiology are usually the largest departments. According to the decision of Chinese Society of Anesthesiology ,the main work China anesthesia discipline construction will be ① to improve the anesthesia quality and reduce the anesthesia mortality to 1/100,000 for the whole country;② change anesthesiology into perioperative medicine, and further reduce the perioperative mortality and mobility by improving pre-anesthesia clinic and surgical intensive care;③ establish ＂Pain- Free Hospital＂ under the leadership of anesthesiology;④ further improve＂ the education and training system in anesthesiology;⑤pro- mote the basic research, applied scientific research, and translational medical research in anesthesiology;@ promote the academic impact on anesthesiology in the world and （~） develop the ＂Long Term Strategic Plan for Anesthesiology Development in China＂
