摘要
该文通过中西医对比,论证西医排泄多余的水盐和代谢废物的"肾",如按中医藏腑理论的标准应该是个"受五藏浊气"的腑,而不是"藏精气"的脏。中医"肾"应该是指现代医学的生殖腺(即睾丸和卵巢),而非肾脏;而中医"膀胱"在解剖学上对应的脏器应是整个泌尿系统。
In this article, we contrasted TCM with western medicine, and the conclusion was that according to definition of Zang and Fu in TCM, kidney of western medicine which excretes excess water and salt and metabolic waste, should be a Fu which takes in flatus discharged from Five Zang, rather than a Zang which stores the essence. Kidney in TCM refers to gonads （ testes and ovaries ） in the modern medicine, rather than the kidney. Chinese medicine bladder in the corresponding anatomical organs should be the entire urinary system.
