摘要
采用案例分析方法,选取国内一家大型的农产品经销企业作为研究对象,探讨研究了该公司为缓解农产品"卖难买贵"问题而在农产品的生产、加工、储藏、销售等各环节施行的一些创新作法与经验。研究表明,构建"产地建生产基地、销区建物流保鲜库、终端建连锁直营店"等的"全农产业链"渠道整合模式,可以有效地减少中间流通环节,极大地降低流通成本,是实现农户"小生产"与居民消费"大市场"有效对接,实现农户、消费者与农产品经销企业"三方共赢"格局的理想模式。
By using case study, the paper examined the new ideas and experience in the production, processing, storing, selling and other circulation processes of big agro-product business corporations. It was found that via creating production base in the original place, building fresh-keeping storehouse in the selling place, and direct selling chain store in the retail terminal, many intermediate links can be greatly reduced, and the circulation cost can be also decreased. This'all-around agriculture industry chain' mode may effectively realize the match between the production of small holds and the consumption of big markets. It is an ideal mode to reach' win-win' among small holds, consumers, and agro- product corporations.
