摘要
介绍了镁行业窑炉烟尘治理采用降温换热装置和布袋除尘器二级组合的除尘技术对窑炉产生的高温烟尘进行除尘治理的现状,并分析了该治理方式的优点.通过安装余热回收装置,将除尘设备中换热装置产生的余热转化,为企业办公楼舍、洗浴设施提供热源,也可为需煅烧的矿石在固定的存放空间内提供热源进行预热;除尘器回收的矿物粉尘率达到95%~98.5%.
The cooling heat exchange device and bag dust collector are combined as a dust removal technology for kiln smoke and dust treatment in magnesium industry, the advantages of the method are analyzed. Through the installation of waste heat recovery device, the waste heat generated from the device as heating source can be transferred into the corporate office building and bathing facilities, also can provide heating source for calcined ore preheating in fixed storage space. Mineral dust precipitator recovery rate reached 95%-98.5%.
