摘要
围绕减排节能新环保排放标准要求,分析了当前国内电除尘在燃煤锅炉排烟治理上的应用现状,借鉴国外经验,介绍了龙净公司余热利用低低温电除尘产品技术的应用研究进展,通过大型化样机的成功应用,指出低低温电除尘烟气处理技术不仅在烟尘减排,而且在去除SO3、提高脱硫效率、降低运行成本、缓解石膏雨及烟囱腐蚀等方面具有显著的优点。
This paper discusses the application status of ESP in flue gas emission treatment of coal-fired boilers in China under the new standards of saving energy and reducing emission. Under this circumstance, introduces the waste heat recovery low-low temperature saving coal ESP technology researched and developed by Longking in reference with foreign experiences. Through successful big-scale pilot application of this technology for coal-fired boilers, it is found that this technology is significantly favorable not only for flue gas emission reduction, but also for SO3 removal, improving flue gas desulfurization efficiency, reducing operation cost, alleviating "gypsum rain"and stack corrosion etc.
