摘要
目的总结脊髓型颈椎手术患者术前和术后护理方法及体会。方法术前对97例脊髓型颈椎手术患者进行资料收集(了解病情)、制定护理措施、做好心理护理、各项检查、相应功能训练;术后体位护理、生命体征护理以及各功能系统护理和术后功能锻炼护理等,避免体位性损伤、和体液不足等危险情况的发生。结果通过了解病情、与患者的沟通、术前和术后细致的护理、积极预防并发症的发生和有效的功能锻炼,使患者得到最大程度的恢复。结论我院通过加强对脊髓型颈椎手术患者精心护理,有效地减轻患者的痛苦,降低了并发症的发生率,提高了治愈率和患者的生活质量。
Objective To summarize the experience and the patients with cervical spondylotic myelopa-thy before operation and postoperative nursing methods .Methods 97 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy operation patients were collected before surgery （ informed） ,the development of nursing ,psychological nursing , the inspection ,the corresponding function training; postoperative posture nursing , vital signs and the function system of nursing care and functional exercise after operation nursing ,avoid the dangers of postural injury ,and the lack of body fluid .Results the understanding of the disease ,communication with patients ,preoperative and postoperative nursing , and actively prevent the occurrence of complications and functional training , make pa-tients recover maximum .Conclusion our department through the strengthening of the patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy operation care , effectively alleviate the suffering of patients , reduce the incidence of complications,improve the cure rate and life quality of the patients .
