摘要
目的:观察舒适护理在颈椎手术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法:选取2009年1月至2011年1月我院收治的90例颈椎手术患者为研究对象,将其随机平均分为护理组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,护理组给予舒适护理,对比两组患者的满意度及住院时间。结果:与对照组相比,护理组患者的满意度较高,住院时间相对较短,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P?0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以提高颈椎手术患者在围手术期的疗效,且有效地预防了颈椎手术并发症的发生,有利于患者术后恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in anterior cervical operation patients in peri operation application effect.Methods:From 2009 January to 2011 January in our hospital 90 cases of patients with cervical vertebrae operation as the object of study,randomly divided into nursing group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,nursing group were given comfort care,compared two groups of patients satisfaction and hospitalization time.Results:compared with the control group,nursing and satisfaction degree of patients is higher,and the hospitalization time is relatively short,two groups of contrast differences,with statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing care can improve cervical operation patients in peri operation period of efficacy,while effectively preventing cervical operation complications,beneficial for patients with postoperative recovery,worthy of promotion and application of.
