摘要
目的探讨封闭负压引流技术预防开放性骨折创面感染的效果及护理措施。方法选择开放性骨折患者40例,采用VSD治疗并进行心理护理、康复锻炼及VSD护理。结果 40例患者创面出现新鲜肉芽组织时间平均(14.5±1.4)d,肉芽组织表面洁净,毛细血管丰富,皮肤开始形成。住院时间(15.3±5.2)d。术后随访3个月均恢复良好。本组患者经VSD治疗后总体健康、心理健康、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能得分较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 VSD技术及进行有效的护理可有效刺激肉芽组织生长,加速创面愈合,缩短病程,因此认为VSD技术是治疗骨科创伤及感染创面有效方法,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventing open fracture wound from infection by VSD technology and nursing measures. Methods Forty cases of patients with open fractures were selected,they were treated with VSD and done psychological nursing,rehabilitation and VSD nursing. Results The average time of fracture wound appeared fresh granulation tissue of 40 patients were（14.5_＋l.4）d, granulation tissue surface was clean, capillary was rich, the skin be- gan to form. The hospitalization time were（15.3-＋5.2）d. Patients were followed up for 3 months and recovered well. After patients were treated with VSD,their general health, mental health, physical function, physical function, social func- tion ,body pain,energy,emotional function score compared with before treatment significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Con- clusion VSD technology and effective nursing care can effectively stimulate growth of granulation tissue, accelerate wound healing, shorten course of disease. So VSD technology is a effective method of treating orthopedics trauma wound and infection, it is worthy of popularization and application.
