摘要
目的促进药房摆药自动化,提高调剂效率及药学服务质量。方法介绍杭州师范大学医学院附属余杭医院自2011年引进全自动片剂摆药机以来的应用体会。结果应用全自动片剂摆药机能减少药品污染、提高摆药速度、减轻人员劳动强度、避免发药差错、提高医院自动化水平和药学服务质量,但其运行成本较高。结论全自动摆药机提高了医院药学服务水平,保障了患者的用药安全,是医院药房的发展趋势。
Objective To promote the drug dispensing automation and improve the pharmacy dispensing performance.. Methods This paper introduced the application and experience since the hospital to introduction automatic tablet dis- pensing machine from 2011. Results Automatic tablet dispensing machine could reduce drug contaminated and labor intensity, and improved the speed, accuracy of drug dispensing, the automation level of the hospital, and the quality of pharmaceutical care,while the operating cost was higher. Conclusion Automatic tablet dispensing machine promote pharmacy serviceseare,and protect medication safety for patients. It is in line with. the development trend of hospital pharmacy.
