摘要
目的:优化门诊流程,缩短患者等待时间,提高门诊自动化药房的发药效率和准确率。方法:通过增加"签到"环节,对门诊取药流程进行优化,并对其应用效果进行分析。结果:新流程缩短了患者的无效等待时间,降低了处方发药差错率,提高了药房有效摆药率和药品的管理效率。结论:自动化门诊药房只有配合好的管理流程,才能充分发挥其优势。
Objective： To optimize outpatient process, shorten patient＇s waiting time, improve dispensing rate and accurate of automated pharmacy. Methods： By adding ＂Sign＂ step, the process of outpatient pharmacy is optimized, and the effect is analyzed. Results： The new workflow greatly reduces the invalid waiting time for patients, decreases the error rate when dispensing, raises the effective dispensing rate and prove the efficiency to drug＇s management. Conclusion： Automated outpatient pharmacy system will provide maximum benefits only by working with a well organized process.
