摘要
目的构建基层部队卫勤机构突发公共卫生事件应对能力的综合评价模型并对其体系进行测评分析。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,在河南省军区卫勤机构中选择研究对象,利用因子分析方法构建综合评价模型,检测评价体系的信度与效度。结果整个评价体系的复测信度系数为0.826,10个维度间的θ系数为0.751,Ω系数为0.959;因子分析提取出应急配备、应急训练、应急重视3个公因子;综合评价模型为F=0.309F1+0.273F2+0.221F3。结论该评价体系具有较好的信度与效度,所建立模型可用于初步评价基层部队卫勤机构突发公共卫生事件的应对能力。
Objective To analyze and verify the comprehensive evaluation system of emergency response capability for public health emergency in grassroots army medical service institutions and establish the comprehensive evaluation model. Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to choose subjects in Henan grassroots army medical service institutions, factor analysis method was used to set up the comprehensive evaluation model and detect the reliability and validity. Results The test-retest reliability coefficient, 0 coefficient and ~ coefficient of the whole e- valuation system were respectively 0.826, 0.751, 0.959; The factor analysis extracted three common factors, including emergency equipment, emergency training, emergency attention. The comprehensive evaluation model was F=0.309F1＋ 0.273F2＋0.221F3. Conclusion The evaluation system has good reliability and validity. The model can be used to pre- liminarily evaluate the emergency response capability for public health emergency in grassroots army medical service institutions.
