摘要
应对不断发生重大突发环境事件需要有完善的法制基础。文章对我国突发环境事件应急法制的现状及国外立法情况进行比较与分析,提出了建立我国突发环境事件应急法制体系的设想。
The big emergency environmental accidents need a good legal system. This paper analyses the present situation of China＇ s Legal System under emergency environmental accidents, correlates this with foreign countries and presents some considerations on establishing the legal system under the emergency environmental accidents in China.
