摘要
目的 探讨奥拉西坦胶囊治疗高血压脑梗死神经系统损害的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2011年6月～2013年6月期间收治的高血压脑梗死患者120例并髓机分为普通组和研究组,所有患者接受常规综合治疗,普通组患者采用尼莫地平治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上采用奥拉西坦治疗,对比两组治疗后NIHSS评分、MMSE评分、BI评分以及治疗效果.结果 在治疗10 d、治疗20 d及治疗结束后研究中的NIHSS得分、MMSE得分及BI得分均优于普通组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组的治疗总有效率（91.67％）显著高于普通组（76.67％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 奥拉西坦胶囊治疗高血压脑梗死临床效果显著,对神经系统损害修复作用好,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam capsules in the treatment of hypertensive cere- bral infarction patients with damages to nervous system. Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral in- farction in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected, who were randomly divided into the normal group and the study group. All.patients received routine comprehensive treatment, the patients in the normal group received nimodipine treatment, while the patients in the study group were treated with oxiracetam treatment on the basis of con- ventional therapy. The NIHSS score, MMSE score, BI score and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared af- ter the treatment. Results The NIHSS score, MMSE score and BI score of the study group after 10 d, 20 d of the treat- ment and at the end of the treatment were better than those of the normal group, the differences were statistically signif- icant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group （91.67%） was significantly higher than that of the normal group （76.67%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam capsules in the treatment of pa- tients with hypertensive cerebral infarction has significant clinical effect, good repair effect of damage to nervous sys- tem, and is worth the clinical promotion.
