摘要
目的:分析早期康复训练对颈脊髓损伤(SCI)患者感觉、运动和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年6月广州军区广州总医院收治的139例急性颈SCI患者的临床资料,其中完全性损伤组82例、不完全损伤组57例;比较患者康复治疗前后BI评分和ASIA评分结果。结果:康复训练后,不完全损伤组患者BI评分与完全性损伤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不完全损伤组患者ASIA评分中感觉、运动功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练能改善SCI后感觉、运动和ADL能力,但是康复效果与损伤程度密切相关。
Objective ：To analyze the impacts of early rehabilitation training on sensitivity, motor function and activities of daily living （ADL） of patients with cervical spinal cord injury （ SCI ）. Methods： Between January 2009 and June 2011, the clinical data of 139 patients with acute SCI registered in Guangzhou General Army Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Notably, there were 82 cases of complete SCI and 57 cases of incomplete SCL The BI scoring and ASIA scoring were then compared before and after rehabilitation training. Results： After rehabilitation training, difference was found in BI scoring between incomplete SCI and complete groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to the ASIA scoring of incomplete SCI group, the sensitivity and motor function were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The early rehabilitation training could improve the sensitivity, motor function and ADL ability after SCI, however, the efficacy of remission was closely correlated with the degree of injury.
