Research Progress of Spandex with High Heat-Set Efficiency at Low Temperature

摘要 介绍了氨纶热定形的机制,探讨了普通氨纶在低温下不易定形的主要原因,综述了制备低温易定形氨纶的各种技术方法,包括使用不同种类的异氰酸酯、聚合物二醇、扩链剂等,分析了现有技术存在的不足与缺陷,指出了低温易定形氨纶今后研发的方向。 Abstract: The mechanism of heat set of spandex was introduced and the main causes for ordinary spandex with low heat-set efficiency at low temperature were discussed. The novel methods for producing high heat- set efficiency spandex were summarized comprehensively, including using different kinds of diisocyanates, polyether polyols and extenders. The defects and shortcomings of existing technological methods were inves- tigated, and the research directions of the spandex with high heat-set efficiency at low temprature were pointed out.
