摘要
为降低水对聚氨酯材料性能的影响,采用添加γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷来控制聚氨酯的水解,并采用SEM,EIS和TG研究聚氨酯添加偶联剂后材料性能的变化.结果表明:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷具有阻滞水扩散与控制聚氨酯水解的作用,它在浸泡900 h后的阻抗值大于108Ω.cm2,而纯聚氨酯泡沫体系的阻抗值在浸泡48 h后会下降到108Ω.cm2以下.
In order to reduce the influence of water degradation on polyurethane materials,the method of adding γ-ammonia propyl-triethoxysilicane was carried out to control the polyurethane hydrolysis,and its influence on polyurethane material was analyzed from different aspects by optical microscope,SEM,EIS,TG.The result shows γ-ammonia propyl-triethoxysilicane has an effect on retarding water diffusion and controlling polyurethane hydrolysis.The resistance value of the material added by KH-550 is above 108Ω·cm2 after 900h-immersion,corresponding to the pure polyurethane foam system whose value drops down below 108Ω·cm2 after 48h.
