摘要
目的为保证药品微生物检验用培养基的质量,规范对照培养基的研制工作,制定技术规范。方法详细介绍对照培养基研制要求及主要工作流程。结果与结论进一步加强和规范了对照培养基的管理工作。
Objective To standardize the development of reference medium and establish technical specifications so as to ensure the quality of medium for pharmaceutical microbial examination. Methods This article introduced the development requirements of reference medium and the main working procedures. Results and Conclusion The management of reference medium was strengthened and standardized.
