摘要
单腔油气悬架具有非线性刚度同时具有非线性的阻尼特性。本文应用AMESim软件对单腔油气悬架进行了建模,并对其阻尼特性进行了仿真分析。通过仿真清楚地描述了阻尼力与激励信号和结构参数之间的动态关系。为单腔油气悬架参数优化奠定了基础。
The hydro-pneumatic suspension (HPS) has a nonlinear rigid and a nonlinear damp performance. A model of HPS with isolated single-chamber was set up on the basis of AMESim in order to simulate and analyze the damping capacity of HPS. The simulation results show clearly the dynamic connection between the damping force and other parameters. This study provides basis for the parameter optimization and matching of hydro-pneumatic suspension with isolated single-chamber.
