摘要
采用好氧生物反应与无机陶瓷平板膜过滤技术相结合的C—MBR工艺对高浓度气田废水进行处理。控制反应器溶解氧在2~3mg/L,C—MBR系统对COD的去除率大于96%,对油物质的去除率大于99.6%,出水水质良好。中试结果表明,C—MBR处理气田废水具有抗生物能力强、油截留率高、出水水质稳定可靠等特点,在处理性能、经济效益和环境保护等方面都具有很好的应用前景。
The C-MBR process which combines aerobic biological reactions with inorganic ceramic flat membrane filtration technology has been used for treating the high-concentrated gas field wastewater. When the DO in the reac- tor is controlled in the range of 2-3 mg/L, the removing rates of COD and oils are over 96% and 99.6%, respectively. The effluent water quality is good. The pilot test results show that C-MBR used for treating gas field wastewater has the following advantages :strong antimicrobial ability,high oil rejection rate,and stable & reliable effluent water quality. Its application prospect in treatment capacity, economic and environmental protection are very good.
