摘要
城市污水处理是能源密集的高能耗产业之一,我国能源供需矛盾日趋尖锐,在保障污水处理量和尾水达标排放的前提下,提高能源利用率,对缓解我国当前的能源危机具有重要意义。以北京某污水厂(采用典型A2/O工艺)为例,通过对一级处理、二级处理、污泥处理等各单元能耗及各设备能耗分布的分析,提出了各处理单元及设备的节能潜力及相应的节能途径及方案。
Municipal sewage treatment is one of the high energy consumption and energy-intensive industries. Nowadays, the energy supply and demand contradictions have become increasingly acute in China. It is important to relieve the current energy crisis by improving the energy utilization efficiency on the premise of meeting the sewage treatment capacity and the sewage discharge standard. The energy con- sumption distributions of various units and equipment in primary treatment, secondary treatment and sludge treatment and so on in a sewage treatment plant using typical A2/O process were analyzed. The energy saving potential, methods and solutions of the treatment units and equipment were proposed.
