摘要
超声弹性成像作为近年来迅速发展的成像技术,能够反映声阻抗相同的不同组织的弹性模量特点,由于其提供了一种独特的观察方法,一经出现便受到广泛关注,将其与传统的影像学检查手段(如常规超声、CT、磁共振成像)相结合可以有效地提高病变诊断的准确度。在此就超声弹性成像的基本原理与技术方法及其临床应用的国内外研究现状进行介绍,并展望其发展趋势。
Ultrasound elastography,as a recent development of imaging technology,can reveal different elastic modulus characteristics of the same acoustic impedance tissue.Because it provides a unique way of observation,there has been widespread concern about it since its appearance.With the combination of traditional imaging methods(such as conventional ultrasound,CT and MRI),it can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis.Here is to review the basic principles of ultrasound elastography method and its clinical applications and technology research status at home and abroad,and the prospects of its development will be demonstrated as well.
