摘要
输变电工程中的钢结构主要涉及输电铁塔、变电构架和换流站阀厅,钢结构的腐蚀寿命直接决定了其服役寿命。对典型重工业地区和沿海地区钢结构的腐蚀寿命状况进行实例分析;探讨了输变电钢结构的腐蚀过程与机理;针对钢结构长效防护的要求,介绍了新型合金镀层和高性能防腐涂料,指出采用热浸镀锌(锌合金)与涂料的双重防腐蚀体系是重腐蚀地区钢结构长效防护的有效措施。
Steel structures in transmission and distribution project are related mainly to the transmission tower, the substation framework,and the valve hall,whose service life is determined by their corrosion life.The corrosion examples of steel structures in heavy industry area and coastal area were presented,and then the corrosion mechanism was analyzed.Moreover,the new alloy coatings and high-performance anti-corrosive coatings were showed in this paper.It was pointad out that combining hot-dip galvanizing(alloy),with coating,was an effective alternative way for the long-lasting protection of steel structures in heavily corroded areas.
