摘要
统计了重钢铁水罐从三个高炉到炼钢厂的各工序时间,提出新的设计方案以缩短铁水罐运转时间。在高炉与转炉之间设计了一个旋转平台用来控制铁水罐运输方向,把脱硫工位放在旋转平台与炼钢厂之间,省去铁水罐在脱硫工位开进、开出时间。新的设计蓝图可以提高铁水罐运输效率,减少了人力成本和固定投资,虽然还有一些难题,但是为铁钢界面的进一步优化提出了新的思路。
steel optimization process times from three blast furnaces to the steelworks in order to shorten hot -metal ladle op-timization time were collected .between the blast furnace and converter , we designed a rotating platform which new design can improve hot-metal ladle transport efficiency , reduce labor costs and fixed investment .Though problems existed , it still provided a new way for further optimization of iron steel interface .
