摘要
目的探究三种不同洗涤方法对金属颅脑吸引器头洁率的影响。方法选取手术后经预处理金属颅脑吸引器头900件,随机分为A、B、C组,每组样本300件,A组(超声清洗机加自制不锈钢条棉枝人工檫洗),B组(超声机清洗),C组(人工刷洗)的洗涤方法洗涤金属颅脑吸引器头,洗涤后用特殊棉签检测法、残留血检测检法、菌落数检测法对器械的洗涤质量进行检测。结果 3组洗涤效果比较,A组超声清洗机加自制不锈钢条棉枝人工檫洗的洗涤效果最佳,均优于B组超声机清洗和C组人工刷洗(p<0.05,差异有统计学意义)。结论超声清洗机加自制不锈钢条棉枝人工檫洗的洗涤方法能有效地提高金属颅脑吸引器头清洗效率,保证清洗质量,保障灭菌质量,有效地控制医院感染,可确保患者的手术质量和手术安全,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective To explore the cleaning rate of three different method in washing the head of metal aspirator. Method Select 900pts metal aspirator heads which after pretreatment of operation, divided to Group A, B, C randomly, each group contains 300pcs samples. Use different cleaning method to wash the metal aspirator heads： Group A with ultrasonic cleaning machine and hand washing with self - made stainless steel cotton sticks; Group B with ultrasonic cleaning machine only; Group C with hand washing only. Test the washing quality of the instruments after cleaning with the special cotton swab test, the residual blood detection and the number of colony assay. Result Com- pare the washing effect of the 3 groups, Group A has the best washing effect, which better than Group B ＆ C, the difference was statistically significant（p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The washing Method with ultrasonic cleaning machine and hand washing with self - made stainless steel cotton sticks can effectively improve the metal aspirator head cleaning efficiency, ensure the cleaning quality and the sterilization quality, control nosocomial infection effectively, ensure the operation quality and operation safety of patients; reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
