摘要
目的调查高校女教职工的工作压力、社会支持以及主观幸福感现状,并探讨三者之间的关系。方法采用压力量表(PSS)、社会支持评定量表(SSS)和中国城市居民主观幸福感量表简本(SWBS-CC),对宁波市的所有高校(共13所)中的1761名女教职工进行调查。结果高校女教职工工作压力较大,只有0.1%的被试几乎没有感受到压力,而有近20%的女教职工的压力水平在中等强度以上,幸福感状况高于一般城镇居民。压力与主观幸福感有显著的负相关(r=-0.565,P<0.01),社会支持各维度与主观幸福感有显著的正相关(r=0.306,0.260,0.205;P<0.01);压力与社会支持的各维度都有显著的负相关(r=-0.274,-0.170,-0.146;P<0.01)。压力和社会支持各维度对主观幸福感有直接的预测作用,压力通过社会支持各维度对主观幸福感有间接的预测作用。结论良好的社会支持体系有利于高校女教职工缓解压力,提升其主观幸福感。
Objective To investigate the stress, social support and subjective well-being status of female college teachers and their relations. Methods A total of 1761 female colleges teachers in Ningbo were tested with PSS,SSS and SWBS - CC. Results The stress of female college teachers was high, almost 0.1% female college students had no stress, about 20% female college teachers had above middle level of stress. Female college students SWB was higher than that of citizens. The score of stress was negative correlation with SWB ( r = -0. 565, P 〈 00.01 ). While social support was positively correlated to SWB and negatively to stress ( r = 0. 306,0. 260,0. 205, -0. 274,-0. 170,-0. 146;P 〈 0.01 ). SWB was directly predicted by stress and social support, stress could indirectly predict SWB by social support. Conclusion An effective social support system is useful for lightening female College teachers'stress and can promote their SWB.
