摘要
PBL教学法作为现代化的教育模式已经被广泛应用于医学教育,而病理学是现代医学的重要学科之一,应用PBL教学法成为时代发展地客观要求。自2007年始,在病理学实验教学中对临床医学等专业的学生实施了PBL教学,通过实践发现,一次成功的PBL教学需要充足的时间、教师的督促、有效的激励等措施加以保证,发现并分析了三个方面存在的问题:学生、教学内容、教师。PBL教学的实施,有效提高了病理学实验教学质量。
PBL teaching model has been widely used in medical education. Pathology is an important subject of modem medmlne,m which the application of problem-based learning teaching is delveloped accordingly. PBL teaching model,substantiating modem teach- ing theory,is introduced into pathological experiment courses. We found that the success of PBL teaching needs sufficient time, teach- er' s supervision, effective incentives and some other measures alike, among which there are still some problems in students, teachers, teaching content that we need to solve. The rapid development of PBL teaching model has important significance for improving the teach- ing standards of experimental teaching of pathology.
