安装参数对质量渐变机组振动特性影响

Study on the Influence of Installation Parameters on System Vibration Characters of Time-Varying Mass Diesel Generator

摘要 针对柴油发电机组运行过程中,因油料消耗伴随的质量渐变特征,探讨安装参数对机组振动特性的影响。对发电机振动开展实验测试,获取关键点处加速度曲线,结果表明曲线由多周期振动叠加而成。另将机组简化为双自由度模型,建立振动微分方程,采用四阶龙格—库塔法对方程进行数值求解,并利用振动相轨线进行描述。计算结果表明,双自由度方程振动相轨线随计算参数不同分别呈恒定、发散及收缩三种形态。对比分析可知,质量渐变系统两质量安装阻尼搭配对振动响应具有决定性影响。 In working process,the mass of diesel generation gradually varies with time because of the consumption of oil.The influence of installation parameters on system vibration characters was researched.First,experiment was developed,and gained key points acceleration curves.Results show curve were superposed by several period vibration.Then based on the physical object,the system was simplified as double degree of freedom model,deduced vibration differential equations,and equations were calculated by the method of Fourth-Order Runge-Kutta,gained their numerical answers and described by phase diagram.Results show out that DDOF responses varied with installation parameters,its phase trajectory present as constant,decaying and emanative respectively.By comparing,it can be concluded that installation parameters have decisive effect on vibration responses of Time-varying mass system.
