摘要
针对聚磁式OCT的磁饱和特性,提出了基于反函数思想的非线性补偿方法,利用直接法建立了磁饱和特性的多项式表达模型,结合矩阵计算法推导出多项式系数的计算方法,根据实验室现有的聚磁式OCT测量结果计算得到非线性补偿模型,并利用该补偿模型对聚磁式OCT的输出进行校正,对非线性补偿方法进行验证,表明具有很强的有效性、准确性和实用性。
We propose an inverse-function-based nonlinear compensation method to deal with the saturation characteristic in the magnetism gathering OCT. A polynomial expression model of the magnetic saturation characteristic is constructed via the direct method, and a computation method for polynomial coefficient is deduced by using the matrix calculation method. The existing parameters of the magnetism gathering OCT measured in the laboratory are used to obtain the nonlinear compensation model for adjusting the output of the magnetism gathering OCT. Experimental resuhs verify the effectiveness, precision and applicability of this compensation method.
