摘要
文章首先回顾了一些国家中小企业发展的历程，指出科研机构、大学或联邦实验室与中小企业的创新和发展的密切关系，继而对我国中小企业发展的状况以及当前科研机构企业化的发展形势进行了评述，重点从5个方面论证了科研机构企业化对我国中小企业发展与创新的战略意义，最后，并对发展前景作了进一步的讨论和展望。
Based on review of the developmental progress of medium and small sized enterprises in typical developed countries, this paper points out that research institutes l , universities and federal labs play a very important role in innovation and development of medium and small sized enterprises in these countries, because the former facilitates technological progress and innovation of the latter and accelerates the transformation of the achievements in scientific research to production. And also this paper analyzes the development situation of medium and small sized enterprises, problems of institutional technological innovation in China, and the existing situation of the transformation process from research institutions to enterprises. Emphatically, it proves the significance of the transformation from research institutions to enterprises and the innovation of China's medium and small sized enterprises in five aspects. Finally, it makes forecasts in this regard.
