摘要
钻杆自动化处理在提高钻井效率,降低钻井工人劳动强度方面效果明显。介绍了国内外陆地钻机钻杆处理的发展现状。提出一种适用于陆地钻机的钻杆自动化处理系统总体设计方案,能对钻杆进行地面到钻台的传送、上卸扣操作、钻台区立根传送,实现自动化操作。
Automatic drill pipe handling made favorable effect in improving the drilling efficiency and lightening the drilling workers labor intensity.The present development states of automatic drill pipe handling abroad is introduced in this paper and a design tentative of automatic drill pipe handling system in land rig is brought.This system can finish automatically drill pipe transmis-sion and screwing up and screwing off and three-joint unit transmission.
