摘要
钻杆自动排放对提高海上石油钻井作业安全性及降低作业成本有重要作用,甲板钻杆起重是海洋钻井平台钻杆自动排放的首道工序。介绍了所设计的折臂起重机总体机械结构组成、工作原理、主要技术参数和液压系统原理,并对该液压系统特点进行了分析。设计的折臂起重机用于甲板钻杆起重,具有结构紧凑、操作灵活可靠、覆盖空间范围大等优点,适合深水半潜式钻井平台及钻井船甲板钻杆自动抓放操作。
Automated pipe racking system plays a very important role in improving safety and cost cutting of marine drilling, among these, pipe hosting on deck is the first procedure in automated pipe racking operation of drilling platform. In this paper, the general mechanical structure design for knuckle boom crane of drilling platform is provided, working principle and main parameters of the mechanism are introduced, hydraulic system chart of the mechanism is presented and characteristics of the hydraulic system are discussed. The knuckle boom crane provided has many advantages like compact structure, reliable operation, and larger working range and so on, can be used on semi-submersible drilling platform or drilling ship for pipe hosting operation.
