摘要
"水力泵入式桥塞+多簇射孔压裂技术"是北美地区页岩气、致密油实现经济有效开发的主体技术,具有大排量注入、多簇射孔、分段压裂、作业效率高等优点。近几年,国内各油田均开展了相关研究与试验。为了优化和提高长庆气田的水平井试气工艺,需要研发适合该工艺的可钻铣桥塞。介绍了适用于长庆气田114.3mm套管水平井试气用桥塞的工作原理、结构设计、材料选择,并通过室内试验,对桥塞的性能进行了评价,为该桥塞投入现场试验提供技术依据。
"Hydraulic pumping bridge plug and Multiple clusters perforation fracturing technolo- gy" are the principle technology to economic and effective develop the North American shale gas and tight oil,which have the advantages of large displacement pumped, multiple perforation clus- ters and high efficiency of Staged fracturing operation. In recent years, relevant researches and tests have been carried out in domestic oil fields. In order to optimize and improve the technology of horizontal well testing in Changqing gas field,it is necessary to research the drilling and milling bridge plug. The working principle, structure design and the material selection of the new bridge plug for 114.3 mm casing horizontal well are introduced in this paper,using the ground simulation and laboratory experiments to evaluate the performance of the bridge plug, which provides techni- cal support and basis for the bridge plug to be put into field test.
