摘要
利用高压复合材料制作桥塞代替金属桥塞,其独特的材料设计容易钻铣,磨掉的碎屑轻小,较易冲出,防止卡钻。特别适用于斜井、水平井的分层压裂、酸化、封堵水等作业,克服了金属桥塞易卡、钻铣困难等缺点。
Bridge plug made of high pressure composite material is used to replace that made of metal.This special high pressure composite material is easily drilled and milled,the drilled or/and milled scraping is small and light and is easily flushed out,and so it is hard to cause bit freezing or drill pipe sticking.This bridge plug is especially applicable in operations such as separate layer fracturing,acidizing,plugging seal of water etc.in deflecting wells or horizontal wells where the metal bridge plug is both easily to cause bit freezing or drill pipe sticking and difficultly drilled and milled.
