摘要
目的探讨加味阳和汤对膝骨性关节炎(OA)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响及疗效观察。方法 80例膝关节OA患者随机分为两组。对照组予以芬必得胶囊0.3 g,2次/d,连用4周。实验组加用加味阳和汤口服,1剂/d,连用4周。结果治疗4周后,两组血清SOD含量明显上升,MDA含量明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且实验组上升或下降值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时实验组患者的治疗优良率77.5%,明显优于对照组55.0%(χ2=4.53,P<0.05)。对照组和实验组治疗中出现13例和16例不良反应,症状均较轻微。两组比较无明显统计学差异(χ2=0.49,P>0.05)。结论加味阳和汤治疗膝关节OA具有较好效果,安全性较好,作用可能与其可升高血清SOD含量、降低血清MDA含量、纠正患者氧自由基代谢紊乱有关。
Objective To discuss the influence and curative effect of Jiawei Yanghe Tang on the amount of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) of patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) were divided into two groups at random. The patients in control group were given 0.3 g Fenbid capsules twice a day for 4 weeks. The patients in experimental group were additionally given Jiawei Yanghe Tang through the mouth one dose (300 mL) daily decocted with water, after 2 hours upon the dinners were finished in the morning and the afternoon by warm-taken decoction for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks' medical treatment, serum SOD amount of patients between two groups were obviously rose, while MDA amount were obviously decline d(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ), and the rising and declining rates of patients in experimental group were obviously higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, the excellent and good rate of treatment of patients in experimental group(77.5%) was much higher than that in control group(55.0%)(X2=4.53, P〈0.05).13 and 16 reoccurrence cases were appeared in control group and experimental group respectively. After comparing the reoccurrence rates of patients in two groups, no statistical differences were appeared (X2=0.49,P〉0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Yanghe Tang has reliable curative effect and high security on knee OA, whose mechanism of action has close effect on raising serum SOD amount, reducing serum MDA amount and adjusting the disturbance of oxygen free radical metabolism.
