摘要
为了解决复杂产品装配过程可视化程度低、信息传递效率低下等问题,提出并建立了面向复杂产品离散装配过程的电子看板系统。对复杂产品装配业务流程和组织人员的数据需求进行了分析,在此基础上提出基于流程的多级装配电子看板方法,并重点阐述了该方法中的装配现场日常事务信息综合展示、装配现场实时数据采集和装配过程实时可视化监控三个关键技术的实现方法。基于流程的多级装配电子看板方法的提出,实现了复杂产品离散装配现场的无纸化生产与装配过程的多级可视化监控。设计开发了软件系统,通过实例验证了该系统的应用效果。
To deal with the problems of low visualization and information transfer inefficiency in complex product as- sembly process, the electronic kanban system was put forward and constructed for discrete assembly process of com- plex product. The business process and organizer's data requirement of complex product assembly were analyzed, and the method of multi-level assembly electronic Kanban based on work flow was presented. The realization method for three key techniques of comprehensive display for daily business information, real time data acquisition of assem- bly site and visual monitoring of assembly process was illustrated. The paperless production in complex product dis- crete assembly site and the multi-level visual monitoring for assembly process were achieved by proposed method. The software system was developed and successfully testified in aerospace related manufacturing enterprise, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
