摘要
工艺规划与车间调度是连接产品设计与制造过程的两个重要环节,介绍了工艺规划和车间调度的主要任务及两者的关联关系。概述了计算机辅助工艺规划的研究发展历程,总结了计算机辅助工艺规划的主要研究方法,指出当前研究存在的不足;从车间静、动态调度实现方法两方面综述了车间调度问题的研究概况。同时,分析了工艺规划与车间调度独立串行研究存在的问题,指出对两者进行集成研究的必要性。在此基础上,从面向接口集成与面向功能集成对支持两者集成的模型进行了总结,并对静、动态工艺规划与车间调度集成优化实现方法的研究成果进行了综述。基于上述综述分析,给出了工艺规划与车间调度以及两者集成研究的发展方向。
Process planning and Job Shop scheduling in product design and manufacturing process are two important steps to link product design and manufacturing, the main task of process planning and Job Shop scheduling as well as the association relationship between the two was introduced. The technique development of Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) was presented, the research methods for CAPP were summarized and the major issues were identified. The current researches on Job Shop scheduling were summarized from the manipulation approaches of static scheduling and dynamic scheduling. Meanwhile, the main problem of separated process planning and sched- uling was analyzed, and the necessity of integrating the two was pointed out. On this basis, the models for Integrat- ed Process Planning and Scheduling (IPPS) were classified and summarized from the interface-oriented integration and function-oriented integration; the researches on the optimization implementation approaches for static and dy- namic IPPS were reviewed and analyzed. Based on the above summarization and analysis, the future research trends for process planning, Job Shop scheduling and IPPS were presented.
