摘要
以问卷(自编)调查的研究方法对古丈县农村幼儿园师资队伍建设现状进行抽样调查,结果表明该县农村幼儿园教师队伍在年龄结构、学历结构、性别结构等都存在着不同程度的问题,对此提出了相应的建议,如加强幼儿教师队伍管理和培训,鼓励男性幼儿教师进入幼儿园以及提倡幼儿教师自主学习等。
Based on the sampling survey on the present situation of teaching staff construction in rural kindergartens in Guzhang county by the means of questionnaire, the findings shows that there are some problems in its age, education background, sex and so on. Certain suggestions have been proposed, such as enhancing the teachers＇ management and training, encouraging males to be teachers, calling for their self-directed learning and so on.
