摘要
《幼儿园教师专业标准》不仅是教育行政部门、幼儿园教师教育机构、幼儿园管理者开展幼儿园教师培养培训和管理工作的依据,而且是幼儿园教师提升自身专业发展水平的指南。全面准确实施该专业标准的最终目的是为了建设一支专业化的幼儿园教师队伍。为此,各级教育行政部门应依据专业标准,结合当地实际,设定幼儿园教师准入、聘用、资质考核、职称评聘、退出和质量监督等各个环节的相应标准,同时重点提高农村幼儿园教师专业素养;幼儿园教师教育机构应将专业标准作为幼儿园教师培养培训的依据,科学设置课程,改革教育教学方式,重视社会实践和教育实习;幼儿园管理者应依据专业标准完善教师岗位职责和考核评价制度,制定和实施本园教师专业发展规划;幼儿园教师应将专业标准作为自身专业发展的基本依据,积极进行自我评价,大胆开展保教实践,主动参加教师培训和自主研修,逐步提升自身专业发展水平。
Professional Standards of Kindergarten Teachers is not only the basis for the working of administrative departments of education, kindergarten teachers training institutions, and kindergarten managers, but also the guide for kindergarten teachers to promote their professional development level. In short the final purpose of the standards＇ implementation is to build the professional team of kindergarten teachers.
