摘要
高校学报青年编辑的素质直接影响学报的质量,因此对高校学报青年编辑的培养和发展成为许多高校学报编辑部所面临的重要任务。本文分析了制约高校青年学报编辑培养的因素,提出要重视高校学报青年编辑的培养,并分析其培养途径,以期改变现状,建设优秀的青年学报编辑队伍,更好地服务高校的教研、科研工作。
Young editors directly the overall quality of journals ,so it is an important task for the depart-ments of journal editorial of colleges to cultivate and develop young editors .This paper analyzes the causes to affect the cultivation .It argues that emphasis should be put on the cultivating job ,and effec-tive training mechanism should also be established . T he present state of journal editors could be changed and an excellent group of editors could be formed .
