摘要
概括了高校学报编辑必须具备的基本素质,分析了影响学报编辑培养的客观原因,提出要适应高校改革和学术发展的需要,必须重视学报编辑的培养,建立可行的培养机制,对现有的编辑资源进行合理开发和利用,充分发挥学报编辑的潜能,改变学报编辑的现状,建设优秀的学报编辑队伍。
This paper generalizes the basic requirements for university journal editors and analyzes the objective causes to affect the cultivation. It argues that emphasis should be put on the cultivating job so as to meet the demand for university reform and academic advances, and that effective training mechanism should also be established for the reasonable development and potential use to the full, we should change the present state of journal editors and set up an excellent group of editors.
