摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,从队伍结构、业务素质和工作满意度三个层面对新建本科院校教学管理队伍工作现状进行了研究。结果表明:新建本科院校教学管理队伍的结构基本合理,但业务素质整体不高,工作满意度偏低。在此基础上,就如何加强新建本科院校教学管理队伍建设工作提出相应建议。
Using the methods of literature ,questionnaire and interview ,the paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching management team in newly -built undergraduate college from structure ,pro-fessional quality and job satisfaction .T he results show that ：the team＇s structure is basically reasona-ble;the team＇s quality and job satisfaction are low .Based on results ,the suggestions are proposed to strengthen the establishment of the teaching management team in newly -built undergraduate college .
