摘要
本文以应用型高校教师为研究对象,在文献信息综合与分析的基础上,运用问卷调查、行为事件访谈、德尔菲等方法,通过探索和验证两条路径,经与研究型大学及高职院校教师的胜任特征因素的分类对比,探讨建立应用型高校教师的胜任特征模型,并分析了该模型的应用价值。
Taking the teachers in application-oriented universities as subject ,the research ,after a careful literature review ,adopts questionnaire ,behavior event interview and Delphi Method to explore a model of college teachers＇competence characteristics in application-oriented universities .T he process of explo-ration and verification is carried out through a contrast between teachers in research universities and those in vocational colleges .In addition ,a thorough analysis of the model＇s applied value is conducted .
