摘要
目的：建立紫地榆总鞣质的含量测定方法。方法：以没食子酸为对照品，采用比色法测定紫地榆总鞣质的含量。结果：以没食子酸计，紫地榆鞣质浓度在2．03～12．17μg／mL范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系（r=0．9994）；平均加样回收率为99．1％，RSD为2．32％（n=8）。结论：该方法简便快速准确，可用于紫地榆总鞣质的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of total tannins in Geranium strictipes. Methods： With Gallic acid as reference substance, the UV spectrophotometer was adopted to determine the content of total tannins. Results： With Gallic acid as a standard, Tannins of Geranium strictipes showed good linear relationship in the range of 2.03-12.17 μg/mL （r = 0.999 4）. The average recovery was 99.1%, RSD was 2.32% （n=8）. Conclusion： The method was simple, rapid and accurate, which could be used to measure the content of tannins in Geranium strictipes.
