摘要
高考评价是人才选拔的过程,也是依据一定的评价标准进行价值判断的过程。高考评价的价值取向无疑对于整个高考评价的成败有着决定性的影响。我国当前教育评价的一元化价值取向是功利主义教育价值取向在教育评价领域的反映,不利于素质教育和教育主体的全面发展。教育评价的主体性、公平性和科学性是高考评价不可缺失的价值追求,积极探索建立多元评价主体和多元评价方式应该成为高考评价发展的方向。
NCEE is not only a process of selection of talents,but also a process of value judgement that is made on the basis of a certain evaluation standard ; therefore, the value orientation of NCEE evaluation has a decisive influence on its success. In the current educational evaluation in China, the centralized value orientation is a reflect of utilitarianism in edu- cation evaluation, which goes against the principle of quality -oriented education and the all- round development of students. Since subjectivity, fairness and scientificness are what the NCEE evaluation pursues, to establish an assessment method with plural subjects and plural ways of evaluation should be the development trend of NCEEE.
