摘要
高校基层党建是推动学院建设和发展的重要载体和途径。要确保学院发展保持正确方向,高校基层党委要运用好贴近师生的优势,发扬开拓创新精神,加强廉洁文化建设,为学院科学发展起重要引领、推动和保障作用。
The Party building at grass-roots level in colleges and universities is an important carrier and approach to collegeg scientific development. To ensure the right direction of college development,the basic-level Party Committees must take advantage of staying close to the teachers and students, carry forward the spirit of pioneering innovation, and strengthen construction of a clean government, so as to play an important leading role in the promotion and ensurance of the scientific development of colleges.
