摘要
构建"党建+科学研究"工作机制是当前许多高校党建工作中的一种创新。这种工作机制的构建作用重大,既有利于高校党建工作自身的发展,也有助于高校科学研究的进步,进而推动高校事业的全面发展。该工作机制的构建也因在高校中具备了相应的条件而切实可行。因此,"党建+科学研究"工作机制的构建值得当前诸多高校去实践。
Constructing the working mechanism of ＂the construction of the party plus scientific research＂ is a form of innovation in the current construction of the party in Colleges and universities. This construction has a great effect, which is not only conducive to the development of the construction of the party, but also to the progress of scientific research in Colleges and universities, and it plays a ve^y important role in promoting the all -round development of colleges and universities. The construction of the working mechanism is also feasible because of the corresponding conditions in universities. Therefore, the construction of the work mechanism of ＂the construction of the party ＋ scientific research＂ is worth practicing in many universities.
